Skin Wall Tyres?? Whats Available ???

They're good tyres too - coped really well with the slippery tree roots and rocks (thanks to all the recent rain) in the Bristol singletrack. As my Breezer came with amber wall Panaracer smokes originally, I reckon these are the perfect tyre for the bike.

I did catch those on the bay and as said pics don't do them justice at all, I cast them as to yellow looking!

My mate Alan at 'Alans BMX' in Wigan has/had some NOS Panaracer Ibex in stock.They might have all gone now but it's probably worth giving him a bell to see.They came OE on muddyfox couriers.I bit dodgy in use ,but certainly old school.

Hmm.It looks OK .You've deffo got a mix of decades going on though.Which is not a problem in my book,if it means getting it up and running.
How do you intend using it? Dont tell me it's just for polishing ?
I had some Ibex's (ibeces ? )on my Muddyfox courier and binned them off . In the dirt/mud theyre pretty bad,however they work fairly fantastic as a 'hybrid' type tyre.Good on tarmac.Quite smooth.
As the advert said ( in '87 ) ," check out the Panaracer Ibex ,pickin' up no vibrations." Ha Ha.
It was 1987 when i binned em off. Of course we were hardcore then.....
