Skewer set up.

New type of skewer for me.
I'm used to spring ended.
I forgot to photograph before removing to remove cassette for a much needed de-gunk anyone able to advise

That inner one is the inside of a Shimano plastic capped skewer end. So effectively that wheel has two end caps screwed on.
