Sizing Question

Hi all

I am getting bored of modern day bikes and fancy buying a old 80s/ 90s Peugeot race bike. I normal take about a 54cm frame on a modern bike I.e. bianchi. Aim 5' 10" with about a 30 inside leg.

Wondering what size frame should I be looking for?

Thanks for you help

I'm same height as you but slightly longer leg. Depending on your leg-to-body length ratio you'll want a 21.5" = ~54cm, 22" = 55cm or a 22.5" = ~56cm.

Hi there,

Not sure if it's any good to you, but I've got a Peugeot frame for sale - it's a 56cm Peugeot Performance one in Columbus Aelle tubing.

I'm in Cambridge - not sure if you're nearby.

Cheers,

Simon.

Re:

I am pretty close, in Welwyn.

I dont mind building a bike as I have done so in the past, but would prefer a complete one so I can ride it straight away
