Size XS frame for my grandson SORTED

Looking for an extra small retro frame, so I can build up a retro MTB for my grandson. Complete bike also of interest.
Preferably 24” wheels but 26” considered too.

I've got a 14" framed 1999 Kona CinderCone complete bike if you're interested. Has a ding on the top tube which doesn't affect the bike at all just looks annoying. if you want to know more pm me your email for photos
