Not sure if this is the direction I am going, but if I did singlespeed my Klein, what do you do about the internal cable 'straws'. Can't have them poking out can you?
:?
Cheers
Carl

From what i've seen they can be removed but are just a bit difficult to get back in, they need to be removed when the frames are resprayed after all.

Why not leave them in, tape them until you are sure you are going to keep it single speed ;)

i'd leave them in karl

you'll only sell it in a couple of weeks anyway

Take them out Harry.

Its not too hard getting them back in...a bit of concentration, a cleancut cable and a magnet.....throw in a little patience and swearing...and Ta daaaa.

Always read the fineprint ...

Singlespeeded a friends Attitude recently and just pulled the straws out fully. Know how difficult (especially after a few) it can be to thread them back through so hoping he gets on with SS!
