Graham Norton Show...

She is singing like she really needs to sing.

These days that is a rare thing.

Beautiful woman, and one of the most beautiful voices of all time.

i agree....i went to see her live once, mad as a mad thing but there was utter genious in what i saw......im a fan....

I am beginning to see her in a way I have seen very few artists in my lifetime. Something more to do with John Martyn or Van Morrison than the likes of Annie Lennox. I wish I could get her in a band.

bjork too......i would sleep with one eye open if she ever bunked down at my place for the night, but she sings with a passion that seems rare.....

I was very lucky to spend an evening with her back in the 90s, she is truly in the throws of her gift.

There is a difference, musicians are born not made.

Hmmmm

Ok voice best suited to ballads.

As Feetabix said "Mad as a mad thing"

And that Jesus tatoo just freaks me out

I like her. Like some of her views to. Shame she was a 'one hit wonder' At least don't hear her much? But i may have missed?

Begs the question, was it worth you having to endure Norton, in order to see a singer you admire and appreciate, sing. That's got to be a fecking close call...

i ve heard some of her songs covered by a band called my first an the gimmie gimmies they seem to cover lots of old songs an turn them into rock songs

Very good performance i thought also. The soul in her voice comes through from her life experiences and she reminded me of Anne Lennox, which is no bad thing!
