lol

I'd like to try & keep the stem as it's about the only original part left on the bike (maybe the wheels too, not sure on those though)

If I repainted or polished the stem face plate I'd lose the Orange logo from it & a decal just wouldn't be right there IMHO :?

Hmm, well keep those opinions coming folks! one day I'll make a decision lol

hmm, not period correct, but silver (well Ti colour) and a UK brand & a little different...

241g, £30, quite reasonable weight/price. would save 60g on the bars I am currently using & I do like 660mm wide bars, the 610mm ones on the bike are too narrow for me...

Thanks!

Silver does look loads better on the bike

Just the stem that looks wrong, but I have found a 2nd Orange stem faceplate (from my old gringo), if it fits I can muck about with one & see about spraying or polishing one of them

Don't think this bike will get the bolts n all treatment, just a good honest bike for now, no bling, well not much.....

very nice Clockwork cannondale king

Reckon I'd best check that other faceplate over then, see if it fits, seen as the silver bar does look loads better than the black one.

Silver bar hunting we go! (although I really like the ones I posted earlier!)
