Ok might end up been expencive as I can't build wheels are they 9 speed its for a dale project.

you could tape the 2 rims together and swap the spokes across 1 by 1,
once completed your local bike shop should be able to true/tension it for a small fee if needed

yep they take 8 speed so beem told will take 9 speed.

i was going to swap rims over by taping together and swapping over to new one then take to shop to true up they werent going to charge much to do that
