L-R:
'98 model with replacement uppers from Tim Flooks, still riding well.
'01 Race disc model re-badged, not in use at the mo - needs a service.
'98 model custom NOS from Tim Flooks - schrader valve and recent decals, steel bosses ( :cry: ).

Noice.. Have one set myself but looking to get another pair.. Great forks those early 98 ones, so light!

Could you not drill and tap the brace and fit a P-Bone type cable hanger?

Bit random this, but I want to get a frame sprayed up 'SID blue' to match my HS33's, don't suppose anyone knows if this is a standard colour or how I go about getting it matched up?

I thought it was Ford engine blue, but might be wrong.

The forks I bought back in '98 did come with what looked like a hanger for cantis, but it didn't look like it would fit securely at all to the hole in the brace.

do a search on miguel martinez, he used to ride cantis on SIDs.... I think..

Yeah, and he also used to run wooden dowels in them!
