Ok good, as you can see from my post's total (although I've been a member for a long time) this is all new to me.
Three questions, are the inserts under the cleats changeable? I want to convert to spd-r.
What's your best price?
And finally if we have a deal, what happens next?

- Will check on the inserts, I think they're not the removeable type (they were in earlier models, my G2 had them), but I think these have all the holes for all types of cleat. What holes does spd-r need?
- 40 quid posted (from spain, postage alone is over a tenner)

That all sounds fine, it's not a major problem about cleats as I have a converter from look to spd-r but it adds a bit of depth to the stand off height from the pedal.
I'll wait to get a P.m from you and we'll go from there.
