Ti-ARC. Keeping it retro with Ringle and M970

I'd love a grey/turquoise one from '91/92.

My 2006 Scandium frame is lighter than the Ti :shock:

An all grey ARC - my fave colour and so few around. That's lovely.

its actually clear lacquer over raw alu. no powdercoat on the team bikes as its lighter. was originally elites bike.

Mike, do you follow me to tell me that every time I say I like grey ARCs

It's hard to tell from a phone if it's painted or clear I definately remember drooling over a painted all grey ARC at a race in Trentham Gardens in about 91/92/93 or so. Grey ARC, turquoise Grafton and Ringle kit. It just looked purposeful and stunning, and a rareish sight at the time.

I do like the Ti ARC but it's a totally different bike. I prefer the proportions of the Easton bike personally.

Yep......Jonrock's old bike is my ideal bike but mine would have cook bros cranks......that was a stunning bike Jon.

Been browsing this great site, indulging in the nostalgia, for a while but never really posted.

Here's my Arc frame '91/92 ish. Originally was grey with turquoise front end and turquoise anodised cable routers. In a crazed moment of youth I had it resprayed.
Now hanging on the wall as it has a split up the head tube.

Other ARC is a '04 scandium, mix of retro and modern.
Also have an ball burnished original Zaskar, couple of cougars, one with allsop beam, a paris roubaix, pennine time trial, muddy fox and a couple of kirk frames.
