I think you've answered the question there, it's probably more of a cruiser for collecting fags and crap food, knowing the chap that it's heading to...

I thought about the bottle cage for said purpose - I've an old yellowy Trek one that I might stick on

Yeah me too I did the same. Very nice build and like them forks, what are they?
