mechagouki thats very very nice... what ya missing fella.. ?
A rear Araya RM25 on Suntour XC hub, Deerhead rear mech and shifters, Nitto black bullmoose bar/stem and a 26.8mm SR laprade post.
I picked the bike up for very little fortunately, less than 70 quid, it had been ridden as a commuter for many years and sadly the woman I bought it from had been convinced to make certain "upgrades"
When I got it it had a horrible pressed steel hi-rise stem and a steel 5 degree bar, a huge gel saddle and gel "comfort grips", the rear wheel is a nasty formula hubbed thing presumably swapped in by a bike shop that didn't see the point in repairing whatever was wrong with the stock RM25.
So far I've put on the Ritchey stem and bar you see in the picture, they're not correct for the bike but are a huge improvement on what was on there. I has a Rocky Mountain branded Selle Italia Anatomico in the parts bin, so that's on there now, it's nearly ready for a ride - bit small for me to be honest - of the three of these bikes (including this one) that I know of, all have smallish frames. for much better examples than mine check out these links:

And thanks for the compliment! Some people don't consider these true Ritcheys, but I figure if TR was happy to put his name on the bike that's good enough for me!
Your Ritchey is one of my favourite bikes on RetroBike BTW, it just looks so bloody fast (even standing still), very nice job.
