I currently only have 'before' pics as I'm in a bit of a mess at the moment ... this is the front room of our flat, I've accidentally expanded past the dining table into the kitchen 
I've not rotated it so as not to distort the thread, but that's the (broken :x ) washing machine at the bottom/right, so pretty close to the kitchen!
Got to finish the CFR today then it can all get tidied...
And get the wall brackets back up for the wheel/tyre stash that's behind the desk
At the moment there's eight bikes in here (plus a couple of frames) and two in the hall, dread to think how many wheels and tyres!

I don't as such but I am close to 'the line'...
Spread out across 4 unique locations and probably over 12 rooms/areas! eek! some busier than others of course :?

Yes, but not half as much as you'd imagine - I'm very lucky! She's got her studio so it's sort of balanced and we have a lounge/snug in what would be the small bedroom. Plus that big desk is her's...
