I've been told it's a '93. I got it from eBay as a frame which was 2 tones of metallic blue but no decals. I'm running XTR 950 v brakes but had to use an adapter brace at the front on the P2s and fabricate adapters to run off of the U brake fixings at the back. The frame came with no rear U brake bosses so this was the hardest part.

That there's a '92 - flat end cap on the top tube and no replaceable dropouts. It would have been either bright orange or a silvery-gold colour originally

You wouldn't be up for making another rear brake adapter, would you? Paid in UK standard beer tokens, of course...
