Here it is. But it doesn't say too much...

That's the badge for the normal ritchey logic tube set. I have the same on my 95 Thunder.
The more expensive models like the Lightning and Jet Stream came with Ritchey Logic Prestige tube set.

But it could just be the wrong decal.

XTR parts would match the Lighning specs.
The quill stem and Manitou 1 would point to a 93 model because the switched to ahead stems in 94.
Also I think the Manitou II was on the market in 94. They probably would have used that one for a trade show.
So yeah very interesting bike.
A show bike with custom build would make sense....

I recall having a 1991 Breezer brochure and lusting after one whan i was 16, but way they were way past my pay grade, unfortunately they still are

Sky now "reimaged" as a winter/commuter/go anywhere road/gravel bike using parts from the spares bins:
Shimano 600EX chainset and rear derailleur, Ultegra 9 speed "Brifters", SRAM 950 cassette, Bontrager in-line seatpost, Cinelli 42cm bars, etc.
