1989 Bickerton 'Mean Green' Looked like an Orange rode like a frog - looked the mutts with XT cantis, black Araya Rims with Tioga Farmer Johns - STOLEN

1991 Claud Butler Pagan - 500LX cack colour (Fat Chance green!), one of the first bikes to be fitted with Rock Shox Mag 21 in the whole of Huntingdon! - Possibly still out there... somewhere

1993 Zaskar LE - still here after countless rebuilds even after being stolen/ recovered

1996 -ish Marin Mount Vision - very fast - one of the best full sussers I'd ridden - still out there, exactly as I'd sold it some 9 years ago.

1995 Kona kiluea - STOLEN after two weeks.... :cry:

1999 Cannondale F3000 Disk in Volvo colours - dream bike, insurance replacement - ABSOLUTE CACK! so disapointed - sold it after 6 months

2000 Marin Wolf Ridge - was expecting as good as the Mount Vision supposedly.... :cry: No, absolute cack - sold it

2003 On-One Inbred - Hmmm - loverly build but couldnt quit get on with it - still out there somewhere

1989 - Marin Muirwoods, Did a deal on the Kuwahara for it.
1990 - Specialized Rockhopper, Cant remember what happened to this :?
1992 - Gt Pantera, Sold it for more than i paid for it...Go figure that one out
1992 - Gt Bravado, Sold it to pay towards a car. :cry:

1997 - Specialized Ground Control FSR, Stolen from LBS.
1998 - Kona MuniMula, Sold it to help with new house costs.

Mine is quite simple too.....

1990 - Scott Boulder.....upgraded with XT, USE suspension seatpost and white Onza Porcupines have the frame/forks/stem still!

1994 - 1992 model Alpinestars Cro-Mega DX, bought cheap and used as a commuter with slicks for years....still have the frame/forks now!

1997 - Bontrager Privateer, used lots but treasured.....pretty stock still with a few upgrades here and there!

2001 - Kona Kaboom, saw one in a magazine, ordered one and waited, and waited, and waited.....four months later it arrived and apart from an ISIS drive nightmare it's been a blast

The next few years have been a retro blur but consist of....

Bontrager Race, bought from ebay (thanks Roly!) and used on sunny days for singlespeed punishment!

Fuquay Custom, bought from Jez in need of some TLC....a trip to the powder coaters later it was ready to rock, some two quid LX/Mavic wheels and bits I had lying around made it into my favourite retro rider!

Dave Yates Diablo, another ebay rescue......not got around to building this up yet but it looks pretty in the bike stand.....a task for 2008....

Breezer Jet Stream, £120 from STW, Englund carted Judys, Race Face kit and shimano XT.....now sporting a red Hope Ti-Glide wheelset and slicks....makes an awesome commuter and is used daily

I'm tempted to treat myself to a new Haro Mary SS.....I can justify it as it's a 29'er, ha,ha!

1975 ish, Rivel SS coaster brake kids bike modified with Motobecane triple clamp 50cc moped front suspension and wheel/tire/drum brake. Seriously, there were a bunch of us doing our version of dirt/BMX on these home made Frankenbikes, sadly no pictures.

1989 Specialized Stumpjumper steel rigid, shim DX completely stock, got me started into MTB proper,
sold it in 92 to a mate who still rides it on epic tours (Atlas, Dolomites etc)

1992 Mongoose Pro SX still ride it (it's in readers bikes)
1996 Alan record Carbonio CX commuter 80's farmekit (edit)
1997 Santa Cruz Heckler custom built, still ride it XC
2004 Foes FXR own build with Maverick DUC 32, current AM ride
