This is my recently Finsished F5 (about 1/2 hour ago actually.

26.5lbs

PS it is 26.5lbs with the deore hubbed mavix X321 and 2.35 maxxis ignitor in the back (which is 3KG on its own) so it should feel a bit livlier when the Fred 3 (2.1KG) goes in the back.

I think we need a better name for this site that indicates the real nature of it's focus to avoid confusion with sites like MBUK and STW. Now this site is for bikes we're all agreed, and we all like retro ones, so surely someone could come up with a simple name that covers all of that and makes the purpose of this site clearer, surely?

Part Retro

the oldest items are the 70mm travel forks 2001 - is 7 years retro enough

Rear wheel and Tire 2006 is 2 years retro?

everything else is 2008, so does it qualify as a new bike with retro donor Forks?

The tires have mostly air in them , plus the rear has an inner tube and the front has some stans in
