Re:

Took my to Afan this weekend, loved every minute, gear cable snapped, but was awesome down the hill, climbing not so good, but kept up with the modern machinery. But definitely need to change the saddle that thing hurt on the climbs any suggestions?

Saddles are quite a personal thing, what is comfy for one, may not be for another.

All my bikes have Flites on them which I find incredibly comfortable, but my mate borrowed a bike to ride less than a mile home on and he said it was like sitting on a knife edge.

Was gonna upload a pic of my Stumpy FSR XC but it's disappeared off my phone???
Anyhow, I sorted a decent set of 115mm Reba Teams for the front and last night dropped on a XT M786 Shadow+ 10 speed rear mech for an unmissable price so will now be building it up as 1x10 with either a 32 or 34 narrow/wide chainring.
Stripped my Pro 2 down to find all the bearings were absolutely knackered so I've replaced those and just waiting to find a single spring before I put it back together.
I think this is my first slow burner project that I've actually managed to keep on the slow burner and not leave me skint!

I'm surprised nobody talks about the FSR Dual Slalom S-Works after 87 pages !!

Here is mine !
