Methinks you need to get a selfie stick! I find fence posts and such work equally well, though much harder to hold aloft.

On Saturday Velo came to the Highlands! ...
We had a gentle ride through from Strathpeffer over the hills to end up at Garve, a bit of an unhealthy lunch then further up the river and then retrace our steps back with a few deviations. Up one side of the river, back down the other, high roads instead of low trails etc. ...

The idea was to make it a gentle ride to avoid breaking either Velo or his new mount - a Rudge Disintegrator which managed to fulfil its purpose before setting out, so Velo used one of my bikes.

As it turned out, it was as well because I was the one who broke. Painful, it was.

Yes it is, we have an almost endless amount of it too! Just how friggin tall is Velo? No wonder gravity gets the better of you, and you find headwinds tryin!
