Nice bloke up in Balfron, second owner from new, been using it as a commuter for donkey's years (hence the slicks and mudguards)...
 
Looks in great nick, bet it would make a really comfy all day touring machine, whats the plan and justification? Love the 80's bikes you can have any size as long as its massssive!
 
No justification beyond opportunistic 'hey that's near me'. Quite excited about it though, feels like a good fit size wise and it's not like it's perfect to begin with, so it's ideal. Plans? Suitable tyres plus saddle and see how I like it.

Bad points. Fair bit of surface rust on bars, and chrome on rear hub has come off. Possible problems with rear mech, needs more investigation. Will strip and give it a good clean anyway.

I love red bikes.

Gazz - probaby wouldn't bother rechroming, be as well chasing up a nice set of Nitto bullmooses.
