My Surly LHT when it was fresh out its box this afternoon. It stays there until I have everything in place ready to build it up. Slow build as funds permit :roll:
Nearly there though, just a few little things to finish.
Mine runs 26'' wheels

looking good boys and I agree build off would be a great thread, green against the blue......sounds familiar
Build
I have a few parts with a few still to get.
Have:
Stronglight triple chainset
XT 7700 rear mech - new
Sora triple front mech
Dura Ace 9 speed down tube shifters
Avid shorty 4 canti's - new
UN55 BB new
kalloy seatpost
Wheels - XT 9 speed hubs on Alex Adventure rims, continental tyres
Still to get cassette, Velo Orange headset and velo Orange bars, Dia Compe brake levers, Brooks B17 then usual cables chain etc
Have a alu rack for it but may have a Surly nice rear rack on its way next week. Then probably some cheap lowrider on the front until I can get a tubus, surly or the like later.
This one will be a keeper and while I dont have much funds for it and they keep getting diverted to other projects it will get done, slowly. Though I want it nice from the off rather than just chuck stuff on it randomly. I'd rather wait and have it right, even though I miss my tourer.
So a build off might be a slow thread because mine will have everything go on at once, probably the night the last piece of the puzzle arrives

I've only had mine since late November when I sold the Koga, I think you might have a good headstart
