Not my pics... first 2 are from the Brake Obscura site (although the Orange Phoenix is mine), and the Saber is on FirstFlight's Phoenix.

Although I've got a couple of the Sabers, I've been warned away from using them by someone who would know. I think it was maybe both a performance and a "safety" issue of some kind as well. These all come from an era when WTB was trying to adapt their classic parts to then-modern fittings like suspension forks. In the end, they didn't make or sell many (RockShox bridges, stop-less linkages) and everyone just gave into V-brakes and later disks. Sad. Only the LeverLink ultimately received more attention and development.
