I'm thinking of selling my Trek 9900 Pro Issue two tone.
It is a beautiful bike, i build it with modern and light components, but it…. it just doesn't grap me. You know what I mean? It doesn't do anything to me.
I have a 92 RTS, I love it, a 97 LTS, love it, my 99 "daily" Zaskar, absolutely great bike. But the Trek….

This is an example: (haven't got my pics on this computer)

If it doesn't grab you...let it go and enjoy riding the GT.
You've had the enjoyment of building the TREK, but if it doesn't ride for you...

All the best,

Floating your boat, that sounds good :)

Ok, maybe it is time to let go. It was nice to build a lightweight modern bike, with classic look. Especially the rebuild SID. it was a combination of a SID world cup with the SID '98 outers, so it very close to a SID '98, but with the comfort of a modern SID.
But keeping that one in the collection :)

definitely sell it.

then come back here after 2 months posting you wish you hadn't sold it.
