shipping - UK to Europe

Hi mods - not sure this is the right spot for this - move if necessary.



I'm trying to ship a frame from London to Denmark on the cheap... any suggestions?

The frames I've had over from the UK have all cost a fair whack to have sent over. Don't think there is a way to do it on the very cheap......

It's even worse the other way round! Hardly anyone buys my stuff when they find out what the postage costs.

I've just got two separate frames sent to me in Sweden from uk, both sellers asked for around 20£ for shipping, that seems like a fair prize to me, so it should be possible.

I asked dhl, the same company that delivered one of the frames yesterday for a quote the other way around, Sweden to uk! They had to look into it and called me today: £ 350!! There must be a cheaper way.

If sellers are able to send from a business account there are HUGE discounts on shipping.

I sent my ex a very heavy granny bike to LA from Denmark on a company account for £50 a couple of years ago....
