Shipping companies - who do you use?

I need to get a quote to send a frame to Singapore. Obviously would need to be tracked and insured. Will do people tend to use for this sort of thing?
FedEx want around £120, any other companies you'd recommend?

Never shipped to the far east but for UK / Europe / UK shipments I haven't found better than Parcel Monkey.

Booked a collection/delivery through them Wednesday, 2 consecutive days nobody bothered to turn up to collect. Not the best start with them.

Royal Mail/ Parcel Force.
I have used just about everyone in some capacity or another over the years and they have ALL collected black marks in a serious way for something or other.

Royal Mail/ Parcel Force are not the cheapest, and possibly not the absolute best in some circumstances, but consistently very-good++, which is perfect in my book.

Fed-ex does indeed have a great network, but can be pretty spendy
