They can't fix it. Is there any good shops around North East London that can bend it into shape? What would happen to the rest of the frame if it was bent into shape? Will it reduce the life of the frame?

Sometimes the hanger can be bent back,sometimes it cant.i guess the bike shop just didn't want to take the risk.which doesn't help you I'm afraid.can you take some photos without the rear mech on showing exactly how much it is bent?
