Shimano XTR M900 brake pads

Quick question regarding the M900 brake pads. Can you swap the pad on these like you can on those Deore XT ones where you slide it out or is it a case once worn out there for the bin.
They sort of look like you can but not sure how you could actually get them out.

The m900 xtr pads are one piece so once worn you need new ones
The next series m910 were cartridge units.
