I looked up the specs of xt hubs (M737 & M732) and seal ring part numbers don't match but if I find a low cost hub I think I will give it a try. I'll keep you posted !

Thank you all for the tips Very much appreciated ! It seems XT hubs from the same era (737) have the same seals, i'll try to get a cheap one somewhere.
As for the threads, I will keep the right hand cone on the axle and put back the left one without bothering too much about the threads.

Will update with a few pictures of the cups and cones for experts' eyes to check if they are still good to go

Seals of the 737-not sure if they fit. 730/732 was what I was thinking. You can also put up a wanted ad, I´m sure lots of knackerd hubs are around.

Yeah you're right, I might be better off with a knackered m900 than testing out several XT hubs, thanks for your help, much appreciated @Dr Dremel
