Retro Guru
Hi,

before I go to evilbay, I would like to sell renovated cranks here.
Well, this is a set of Shimano XTR FC-M952 cranks that were fully restored by me. I did plan retro project, but I changed my mind and I do not need them anymore.
A blog about restoration is here: http://www.custombikesbuilding.com/desi ... estoration, the cranks have not been installed nor ridden since renovated. The cranks look new, rings are used, but plenty of life. The set includes all bolts. Pedal threads are OK. I sell them together with a DuraAce BB (68x109), not in the picture. It run smoothly.

Price - 160EUR + shipping costs (buyer fees).
Thank you.

Peter

That was a very interesting read for how you breathe life back into these lovely chainsets. Beautiful workmanship if you don't mind me saying.

I would certainly be interested in having someone renovate my cranks, depending in cost including postage etc, could you please send me a PM with some idea of the costs involved,.many thanks :D

Re:

I'd be up for it too. Though a black set of mechs and shifters would be even cooler.

How much for a crank renovation?
