These shoes are around 2 weeks old so do have scuff marks to the soles. Uppers are in perfect condition as are the insides.
I bought them but they are a bit to big, I take a 9.5 in trainers and a 10 in shoes. So I'd say these would be right if you were a 10.5 or a larger 10
