Wanted Shimano M900 M901 Front Derailleur Cable Clamp Bracket

Has anyone got a cable clamp bracket as pictured please for a M901 front derailleur.

Also need the main clamp bolt please. Also pictured.

It's actually just a circle (chamfered and made to look smart) washer on the M900 front mech.

The M901 has a hook type, as seen on all the other XT/DX using the same top-pull design.
