Shimano LX FD-M571 BOTTOM pull front mech in blue/grey.

Looking for a Shimano LX FD-M571 BOTTOM pull front mech in blue/grey. Preferably 31.8mm clamp but can use a 34.9 with shims if this is the only option.
Would like a tidy example for the rebuild of my retro Cannondale......stupidly I gave away my mech a few years ago thinking I wouldn't need it.
