A bit like a Surly Fixxer I guess. Mounted it but never used. You can get them for £90 apparently at this place, I haven’t been able to find any others online https://www.walker-brothers.co.uk/product/free-hub-adapter-shimano-cassette-hub/
I’m sure I didn’t pay anything like that much so call it £25 posted?
It replaces a Shimano 7/8/9 speed freehub which you unscrew with a large Allen key, making the hub true fixed gear (I.e. no freewheel not just single speed). It is threaded for screw on track cogs and will need one of those plus a lockring.

Have you got the other bits to go with it?
Sorry was rushing around and forgot to take a photo.

Remember it’s not exactly the same one as in the link so didn’t come as a whole kit. The only part it actually came with in addition to the unit is the “bearing nut”. It was intended to utilise the existing axle. I adapted what was there and will include that in the sale, photos below. So you end up with cup and cone non drive side and sealed bearing drive side. I’ve included a couple of spacers so it could be adapted to get the right width and be able to preload the nds bearings. It is a qr axle, would be better with solid and track nuts imo. The “bearing nut” is not fully home in the photo as I didn’t want to have to drift it out again.
