You can often respace the campy sprockets to shimano, depending on speed - with appropriate spacers.
(Sheldon brown has the dimensions required)
Miche used to offer a campy fit shimano cassette too, can't remember the speeds (9?), but I think they are all gone now
We had to engineer a modern campy fhb to save some nice wheels last week - spares can be awkward, and the shimano fhbs sell out before the campy ones...I wonder why?

I have a Shimano Zonda freehub. Bearings smooth with no play. Freehub body in good condition. If it meets your needs then £12.50 posted.
