Shimano BR M739 rebuild

Hi, i have a few sets of the XT BR M739 cantilevers and would like to keep using them...i know they have terrible issues with getting loose and rattling like mad...has anyone had success rebuilding these and making any improvements?

do you mean the hand-levers, or the brake calipers? The calipers are not, I would surmise, really re-buildable, as there are no moving parts.

There is a thread on here somewhere on how to rebuild them with the kit that was supplied by shimano. The kits come up quite often on ebay

That was just what i was after...i have known about the kits and wondered if if was worth the effort trying to track some down...ill be giving it a go myself now
