Shimano AX Levers or Group

My new project has odd bosses on the downtube, specific for Shimano AX levers. Seems they were made in the early 80s and used a 4.5mm thread for the fixing bolt and were available in Dura Ace or 600.

Does anyone have any? Anything considered from levers to a full group.

I have some 600ax band on gear levers. I imagine they're the same, but with the band. Post a pic of the bosses, that would help work it out.

I forget what I was asking for the levers, so say 15 GBP posted ?
