shimano 600ex downtube shifters

Hi folks, first post. I have an early 80s/ late 70s raleigh Zenith with shimano 600 groupset and 531 frame. I was looking to upgrade my gears with some indexed shifters (6 speed). If anybody has a set of band on shimano downtube 6 speed shifters for sale preferably 600 or 105, i'd be very intersted.

Thanks Ed, having a look on the velobase page, it seems they did exist, somewhere. the part number is sl-6208. If you could find a set then I'd be over the moon.
