Yes but you have to pair it with any Shimano 7/8/9 rear mech or 10 speed road Shimano.

In 10 speed Shimano's road and MTB have different cable pull per click.

They are bar end shifters designed for the ends of bars. They never make for good thumb shifters as they swing round too much compared to a standard purposely designed thumbshifter
 
If they are similar to the SRAM then I'll be happy to use.
If any one has used the Shimano?
 
It's about 120 degrees of swing on my 9 speed D-A bar ends. (Not sure exactly as i'm not going in the attic to check now!)
