A friend handed me a Tiagra 4400 ''Flight Deck'' 9 speeds shifter not shifting properly, hoping i could help. It wasn't used much for the past 10 years and not invloved in a crash, so mainly a lack of maintenance, i thought.
As i couln't even get the derailleur cable out due to the lack of rotation, i decided to overhaul the shifting mechanism : big mistake :facepalm: This thing is far too complicated for my modest skills !
Is someone familiar with this shifting system maintenance ? Any help appreciated
