Shed and Buried

Watched "Shed and Buried" on the Travel channel the other evening and they dug out an old French road bike from a barn,cleaned it up and sold it to a guy in Banbury(I think)who had a very cool shop specialising in old road bikes.Did anyone else see it?

Yes I watched the same episode, I had never come across or heard of that shop before, a lovely array of old bikes. Don't think the shop were all that excited with Henry Coles offering tho .. But seemed a genuinely top bloke running it.

Good programme, but very frustrating as there's usually an interesting cycle just out of shot, while they're obsessing about some motorbike or scooter. That said, just watched them turn round a Flying Scot far too cheaply, so probably best they leave the cycles alone.

Yes, they sold the Flying Scot for £200 while I was shouting at the TV "I'll give you more than that !".

I think it was the final episode of the series, they did an interesting restoration on an ordinary, particularly building the front wheel. Nearly ended up killing themselves on it.
