Can these parts be replaced or will a good clean up and regrease to the job?

If the elastomers have degraded they will need replacing

Took the forks apart today and found the elastomers are shot and some have actually degraded!
Where can i get replacements from? Please tell me you can still get hold of them??

Unlikely to get proper replacements.

If your damper cartridges still work then it's best fit springs.

TBH, if the dampers are shot too then the forks are useless for riding anything that actually requires the benefit of suspension.

Can you not service the damper and put new oil in ? (I have no idea)

Springs and elastomers are on ebay (only seen expensive ones though, seem to be more than you can get a pair of forks for.)

I wont be using the bike for anything serious so im not too fussed about them working fully, the more rigid the better!
Hopefully i can find a set of stiff springs for it?

Get some stiff springs then either strip the damper cartridge and change the seals if its alloy or look out for a new one if its plastic.
