Seriously rusted retro mtb safe for indoor trainer?

The frame is a 1993 Raleigh M Trax Duo Tech, the ones that had two ti tubes bonded into an alloy headtube and a cromo rear triangle. So it's not exactly a race-weight frame.

Personally I’d have no issue using it on a turbo.

I mean even if it snaps , you are stood still and I can think of any scenario where you could be hurt seriously.

I'd worry more about the tubes unbonding than snapping due to rust
