F**king postnord. Useless isn't close. Since they got sold service is laughable.
It's why they are called Postmord.
Only benefit i had with postnord is i knew the guy in the collection point, so he'd put them to one side for me and let me know. Then drop them off on his way home. (Very illegal, but much appreciated!)
Then they moved the collection point from the village shop into town.
And i've had no end of damaged boxes. Probably 25% of deliveries (and shipments).
UPS aren't actually much better. They left £3500 of kit on my doorstep, then mailed me 6 hours after they'd dropped it off to tell me.
I was in Amsterdam at the time.
