Nigel you could sell the head set on its own OR I'd sell it with the frame as you may damage the cups or/and the frame steerer tube removing it, the part of the head set that sits on the fork crown is steel so it should survive being removed. :?

I have removed a crown before, very carefully and put onto another fork, again a patient/delicate procedure :?

So would it be best to remove the crowns and package with the frame/headset kit or just leave as is?
