Nice saddle. Happy to be corrected here but isn’t 316 Ti a stainless steel alloy.
I had some confusion with this a few years ago and suspect the marketing/labelling on saddles is actually intended to mislead. https://intamet.com/316ti-stainless-steel/

Sadly I think you are right! I will correct the thread…still an excellent saddle.

The current re-issues are made with 316Ti, which is stainless steel.
It is alloyed with some teeny weeny amount of Ti , but not really a Titanium rail.
I know this as I was confused so I asked Selle Itaila directly and that is what they said "thanks for contacting us, yes the rail is made by both stainless steel and titanium. Selle Italia"
Looking up the specs of 316Ti, it is 0.7% Titanium
