Is the Gramo stem 1" or 1 1/8"??

Do you know what the clamp diameter is??, Cinelli stuff used to be odd sized and I'm interested in replacing my 1A with this but I have a matching set of Criterium bars so they need to match these.

grammo stem would be 1 " , nearly sure the clap is 26mm as it was used with old cinelli bars
