Seeking Raleigh Maverick Diacompe Cantis!

I'm currently converting a freebie Raleigh Maverick into a tourer and need some spares for the original spec Diacompe cantis that are on there. If anyone might know the model or have some spare I would be hugely grateful!

Also if anyone is able to offer advice on what would fit in replacement to these too? I tried some Tektro Frogleggs but they didn't reach the rims
