To complicate it further I’m not there myself most of the time otherwise I’d hotspot it off my phone (which is what I do for the laptop)

I'd just use it offline and swap the storage as and when you need to then. You probably wouldn't be able to monitor it constantly anyway? Set it up with motion detection so at least every clip or still you view will have something going on and you would have some image of any thief.

It would also save you the money and hassle of sorting an online connection out.

Yeh I’ve no plan to monitor it. Only when we’ve had an item stolen so I can see who it is.

And also to check sometimes remotely what’s happening in the shop
