I used to do Urbex, or urban exploring until I got too old to climb fences & squeeze through small windows!
Seen some interesting stuff but never came across that place, can't believe they weren't wearing face masks with breathing all that shite in.
Interesting place though surprised nones offered to buy all the stock.

Lots of low end stuff, but there must be some value nonetheless.

Yes, the golden rules of Urbex are to leave the property exactly the way you found it & take nothing but photos and leave nothing but footprints!
I've been caught a few times mainly by security firms who were usually ok once they know were photographing urban decay & not stealing all the copper cables.
The thing I noticed in there was all the services were still live, obviously, power still on & water, also all the fire extinguishers were still inside, most unusual!
